Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Axil ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of service

Axil is an AI-powered recruitment operations platform that helps organisations create structured hiring plans, schedule and record interviews, collect interviewer feedback, and generate AI-assisted analysis. The Platform is designed for use by recruitment professionals and hiring teams.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Each user belongs to one organisation only.
• Account sharing is not permitted.
• New organisations require admin approval before accessing the Platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organisations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation.
• Upload malicious files or content.
• Use the Platform to discriminate against candidates on any protected ground.

5. Interview recording

When you schedule an interview through Axil, a recording bot may join the video call to record and transcribe the conversation. It is your responsibility to ensure that all participants are informed of and consent to the recording. Recording consent information is included in the calendar invitation.

6. AI-generated content

The Platform uses AI to generate market insights, job descriptions, interview questions, coverage analysis, and interview synthesis. All AI-generated content is provided as guidance only and is clearly labelled. AI does not make hiring recommendations. All hiring decisions must be made by humans.

7. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create on the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting admin@axil.ie.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
